Question / Help Upgraded videocard --> crazy obs render lag

Hello there.
I've read all possible related threads here, and neither of solutions worked for me.

I was streaming on my old gtx 780ti card and everything was working just fine. But then i upgraded to gtx 2080 super card which should be a lot better and productive,
and all of sudden started getting crazy render lag on same scenes and same settings that i was using before.
Especially laggy it is where i use screen capture, GPU load goes up to 100% as well as bus load, and whole system starts lagging

It is not an option for me to not use screen capture, and it was working just fine on a lot worse videocard. As said, i have already tried all possible advice (I use, Win 7 64bit, aero turned off, hardware accel. off for media sources etc etc)
I installed all possible variations of drivers for my card, changed its pci slot - nothing works.

When starting new scene collection i found out that a single screen capture source kills performance completely and is basically a reason of the lag
What can be the reason for that to happen on new good card and not on old previous one?

So tilted and depressed, spent whole day trying to figure out that ((
