Question / Help Upgraded PC now OBS won't stop dropping frames.

I've tried everything that I am aware of that could fix this problem.
Internet is well up to par.

GPU: EVGA GTX 1660Ti
Power Sup/ : Corsair 750M
RAM: 4x G.Skill Trident Z RGB (3200mhz)
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700
Mobo: ROG BF350-F

I have log files available from OBS but I just cannot figure out why my OBS keeps dropping an insane amount of frames after the upgrades I made.

(The only major upgrade prior to these issues was the RAM)
