Question / Help Updating Stream Info

Hi, I've recently started using OBS and I just wanted to ask what to do when OBS just says "Elements not found. Consider changing the search query." when updating the stream info onto the bottom option which is the Game

You seem to use some kind of widget that's not part of OBS studio. You might get more help with the creator of that widget. Without knowing what thing or widget you are trying to use, it's not possible to say anything more.
