Hi, I have encountered a problem with the following error:
I have tried altering the encoders from Hardware (QSV) to software (x264) this allows me to record but only the audio is recorded not the video, also when the stop recording button is pressed it comes up; stopping recording, but goes on forever . I have updated my NVENC but cannot trace any AMD on my machine. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
