Question / Help Updating OBS

When clicking on Help> Search for updates in OBS, nothing happens.
Says I have OBS 21.1.0 at the top and Ive used OBS every week for the last year.
Can I update directly from the website and if i do will I lose all my scenes etc?

Have since fixed. Twitter helped me work out that v 21 had a buggy updater.
