Bug Report Updated OBS and now EVERYTHING on the feed is choppy!

I streamed last night and everything was just fine. Woke up this morning, updated obs, restated laptop, and now the whole stream is choppy! my webcam, my game capture, even Livesplit is choppy. it pauses about every 2 seconds. I'm not unwilling to revert to older versions, but I would LIKE to have it just work on this one.

HELP PLEASE!
