Question / Help Updated last startup to Ver. 22.0.2 now display not captured

Hello there,
Last night I opened OBS to start on a project which involves capturing screen content, NOT gameplay. But I realised that I did not have all the resources ready, so I allowed OBS to update and shut down the machine.
Today when opened OBS the usual receding screen montage did not display, which previously meant that I would close down whichever version was open (32 Bit or 64 Bit) and open the other, however, today this did not work.

Above is the setup I had created for this project last worked on 2018 08 10, below is the current OBS startup default in both 32 Bit and 64 Bit versions. I am unsure what has changed, certainly, I did not vary any settings and Windows did not update since yesterday.
What should I do? This current setting (as below) does not capture any scenes and all I need it to do is to capture whichever Windows application (NOT GAMES) I am running full screen, help, please?

@Osiris thanks that fixed it and I did not need the link even though it is a 404-page. Spent all day checking and rechecking settings, comparing them with other installations, even uninstalled and reinstalled the program about four times and was just about to do it again and install OBS Studio Ver. 18.0.1! To bring back the separate instances of 32 Bit and 64 Bit, in the hope that it would cure the issue (it probably would have done).
Also, have noticed that the uninstaller does not remove all the profile and settings from the machine's [%APPDATA%\Roaming\OBS] folder
see @bobby54's forum post 4464? -click here-

That page you linked that was a 404 is now back online, and the forum post I referenced was evidence that data remains in the %APPDATA% folder even after using the uninstaller, but yes you are correct it is for a much earlier version of OBS.
That topic is not related to OBS Studio.
Although I did notice the current version no longer comes with its standalone uninstaller, most likely it uses the Apps & features one baked into the Windows OS.
