Question / Help updated from v 20.x and OBS is running poorly now

I updated my OBS the other day and I have had nothing but problems lately trying to stream.

I have 3 logs from tonight but during the 7 minutes countdown I was running, the CPU usage kept climbing... to just about 50% and my FPS kept dropping from 30 to 12. It forced me to shut down the stream before the countdown ended

This is the link I got form the latest log upload... it doesn't look right

update... I ran two tests after the issued plagued streams. Both were sent to Restream but no services were activate. I just let the stream run for about 30 minutes and there were no issues at all. Maybe those logs will indicate what went wrong and provide a way to narrow down what I can change.
