Has anyone ever encountered an update failure?Can someone help me with some suggestions?

Uninstall OBS, this gets rid of the broken dll. Then download the full OBS version from https://obsproject.com/download and install this.
Your configuration will be completely unaffected by reinstalling, so it's safe to do that.
