So having a little bit of an confusing issue with my stream experiencing unstable kb/s. I stream everyday on a schedule and this lag has not always been an issue, just need some advice. Basically what happens at random times in the middle of my stream my kb/s / green bar will start fluctuating, causing my stream to lag. The viewers say that the audio is fine but the video will freeze and skip. I can also see it on my OBS as the green bar will turn to red and yellow and the kbs will go much higher and lower then it should be. Normally we just wait for it to pass, it can last anywhere from less than a minute to up to 30 minutes.
This has been going on for over a month so I have done my fair amount of diagnosing. Starting with my internet, I have Comcast with speeds of
When the lag started we proceeded to call a technician out to to check the wires and equipment. After explaining the issue Xfinity has said it has been outages in the area or bad signal. I have been on a chat line with Xfinity during the lag and had a lady refresh the signal on stream and the lag stopped, not sure if it was coincidence. After the technician came out and replaced some equipment the lag stopped for about a week, but has since came back. Last night when the lag started I did a speed test during the lag and the values came back normal, but when I went to task manager > performance > Ethernet the send receive values seemed low (not sure if that means anything)
Another issue I have checked is background uploads or downloads on my PC or other connected devices in my house. As far as my PC I cannot find any background issue that could cause lag and although there are other people in my household most of them do what they can to turn off there devices when I stream.
Here are my OBS studio settings, obs logs and twitch logs
(Last nights stream, lag was really bad for about 30 minutes)

I went down to 3500 bitrate last night to see if that would fix and it did not
Also changed my audio bitrate down from 320 and the viewers complained, can I raise it back up? (Twitch affiliate)
If you have any advice or any other questions please let me know asap!! Thanks
