Question / Help Unstable ping while streaming League of Legends

When I stream my ping goes up and down all the time and it's unplayable. I've tried changing some settings and decreasing and increasing my bitrate (from 1000 to 3000), also screen scale at 720p but my ping is still unstable.

Try using the new network code with the low latency option in Settings -> Advanced in OBS. Leave Bind to IP at default, just check the two boxes.

PD: I always have around 45-46 ping without streaming.

It's not about 10 ping increase, it's about the ping not being stable making the game clunky.
Anyways is there something else I can do to fix my ping issue?

I would contact your ISP and report the issue. Something with your equipment or connection is having issues handling the load of both streaming and playing the game. If you're not overloading your connection, and the issue happens at any bitrate that you set, the likely answer is your router is doing something it shouldn't be.

I cannot make any suggestions on what that could be, as I don't have any visibility into your network.
