Alright so i had to move n take lower speeds i went from 100/100 to 30/5... and everytime i stream now i get dropped frames and sometimes unstable KBs that goes from green to red allot. I've tried lowering my bitrate all the way to 1800 and still get dropped frames i tried changing servers using the ingest tool and i was wondering if there was something that someone with trained eyes could see that i couldn't that could help me get rid of these spikes? or is this just my fate until i move again

15:37:44.171: - scene 'Scene':
15:37:44.171: - source: 'Game Capture 2' (game_capture)
15:37:44.171: - source: 'Window Capture' (window_capture)
15:37:44.171: - source: 'Display Capture' (monitor_capture)

Try to avoid using three different capturing sources in the same scene. Maybe just use game_capture if possible.

Output 'simple_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 60512 (10.7%)
Looks like some GPU bottleneck here.
Make sure that you GPU load stays under 90% all the time, so OBS won't lag frames (OBS itself renders your scene via GPU, even if you encode).
How do you keep some breathing-room for your GPU?
-> Limit your ingame fps!
No matter if you use vsync, ingame limiter, rivatuner/afterburner limiter, just don't let the game run with as many fps as the PC can reach (this will create a bottleneck).
