Unstable Bitrate, Hoping to Find the Cause

Everything has been running fine until yesterday. As soon as I started stream, OBS immediately showed dropped frames (around 60%) as well as fluctuating bitrate. Did a lot of troubleshooting all day with the help of friends, but it's still impossible to stream. Trying to see if there's something helpful in the log or if this is an issue with my ISP.

This is NOT your bandwidth problem, just a side note - I did see mismatched Audio Sampling rates, which are typically recommended against

If you review your own log, you will see multiple attempts to stream with insufficient bandwidth (great than 50% on each occasion)
That could be your PC (other traffic consuming bandwidth), your LAN (be that ANY device on your LAN, yours or an unwelcome WiFi 'guest'), or your ISP

So feel free to contact your ISP... but I'd recommend first
- turn off EVERYTHING (smart devices, etc... not, not in use, I truly mean powered off) and just test with your streaming PC, ideally turn off WiFi while you are at it
- while your PC is only device on LAN, try upload bandwidth to alternate Internet destination and protocol/port [not a speedtest]. For example, upload a multi-GB file to OneDrive, Google Drive, dropbox, etc. Or stream to an alternate CDN
if this also fails, you may want to try testing your PC someplace else with a different ISP connection known to be working with higher upload bandwidth. If you PC works fine elsewhere, and with it being ONOLY device on at your house, then contacting ISP likely to be more productive (especially when you lay out the troubleshooting you did in advance to rule out issues on your end)
