I get an unspecified error every time i try to record.
I uploaded my logs.

I think you miss something (dlls or access rights). vc++ (both x86 and x64) https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2977003 installed?

yes, x86 and 64x installed

Then you lack rights. Try OBS Studio portable mode in different folder: https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/obs-and-obs-studio-portable-mode-on-windows.359/
And make sure that you saving your recordings to folder that you create by yourself. For example, C:\Temp.
