Question / Help Unknown lag issue

I've read some post here, yet i can't find my problem in any of them.

Normally i play with play with 40 FPS ingame. When i launch OBS the lag starts, when i close it stops.
Is it something i can resolve, or just a bug in the program?

It says you have a window capture active as well as a syphon source. I would recommend removing the window capture source, as window capture on mac is kind of slow.
