So my issue may not be entirely unique, at least i'm hoping, but here it goes.
So I'm running through Deadly Premonition, and I'm at the end of chapter 3. Right before the final cutscene of the chapter the game crashes. After troubleshooting (google) I found that changing the version of windows the game runs on allows it to run properly without issue. The new problem is that OBS cannot see the game running in it's new windows version. I had to run the Windows XP service Pack 2, and it's the latest version that won't cause the game to crash. Does anybody know how to remedy the issue so that OBS can still see the game in it's old windows format?
