Question / Help Uninstalling VoiceMeeter Banana

Hi! I'm using a presonus ASIO audio interface with OBS and I was having some problems with periodic audio dropouts. I tried downloading and setting up VoiceMeeter Banana to see if that would work better than the Presonus native ASIO-WDM conversion. It turned out to be worse. So I uninstalled the software and devices from my win7 computer. Problem is, Voice Meter Banana still shows up as a device in OBS, though I think it's using the normal software for my audio interface. I think it's just a cosmetic thing. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling OBS to no avail. Is it just something I need to go muck around in the registry to fix?

you may have connected your ASIO device as output A1 in Voicemeeter. (of course it's not recommended to use WDM interface for ASIO device). To uninstall Voicemeeter you can follow instructions there:

I had already followed the instructions at that link. Uninstalling/re-installing OBS did the trick. So far, it seems like using my mixer's native WDM routing works best for now. So unless there's a way for OBS to recognize ASIO devices directly, I'm going to stick with that for now.
