Uninstalled OBS.Live and lost Chat/Custom Dock options. How to get them back?

As the title says, I had installed OBS.Live to try it out and decided it wasn't for me, so I uninstalled it. After I did this, I notice I no longer have the options to dock my Stream Chat in the UI and can no longer add Custom Docks.

How do I get these options back?

Reinstall OBS, the SE plugin unfortunately overwrites core OBS files.

I fixed it by just reinstalling OBS. That got me the Custom Dock option back, and just popped out the Twitch chat and copied the URL for it. Good now.
