I'm trying to uninstall OBS because, on all the videos I create I get a kind of buffering on/off effect. Anyway, When I go to uninstall the program from, either, the start menu or control panel I get a message saying that the version I have can't be uninstalled. I've copied the logs and attached some screen shots that might help to identify the problem. I'm using a Microsoft Surface Go 2 which is only a few days old. Thanks in advance.
