Hello, and beforehand, thanks for looking into my problem. I had posted this issue on this forum before several months back where it went unresolved. However, a few months later the problem had gone away temporarily and I was able to stream once again for several weeks. But, of course, the issue has come back again and I have no knowledgeable way of fixing it.
Put simply, the issue is that my stream will drop anywhere from 30-50% of frames on a consistent basis, no matter how low I put the settings at, no matter how many times I reinstall, no matter what server I'm uploading to. My CPU usage isn't going above 10-20%; there are no processes in the background hogging memory, CPU, or bandwidth; and my internet is a business connection with stable connection and speed. Yes, I double checked this. I've also done everything in the dropped frames pinned thread, now with this thread and the last one as well.
I really enjoy streaming, and it's a shame that this issue is crippling my ability to do so a second time. Any help would be appreciated, but regardless, thank everyone for their time taken reading this.
