unexpected thum up reaction from OBS

In many of our livestreams, this thumup bubble pops up. Sometimes thumup sometimes thumdown. what is the cause of this? any idea?

Mac OS automated "Reactions" setting for your camera (enabled by default). Switch it to off.

Menu bar, green camera icon, auto-reactions set to "off".
