Question / Help Unexpected low Performance

Hi,

I finally got a new PC and a capture-card so i could set up a streaming-PC ... or not

I streamed with my old PC without much problems. It could not encode the Full HD stream but it worked while playing on the same machine. I encoded on my 1080 but it also worked on CPU if i did not play games with high CPU usage (eg R6S).
So i build a new PC, took the 1080 out of the old one and removed some of the hard-drives too, with an 250GB SSD remaining.
I added the elgato HD60 Pro to the PC. These are all Hardware related changes i made on the PC, which could run a decent stream before on CPU.

On the softwareside: i cleared all data, installed a clean, original windows 10 and all hardware drivers

I tried to reduce the CPU workload with adjusting the Webcam to the right size instead of just downscaling the source and removing background videos from all scenes

Even with all these steps streaming is impossible. i would expect a 720p30 stream with 3000 bits to work, but the stream is laggy....

i don't know what to try anymore...

Log shows 48 fps, change it to 30 fps or 60 fps in OBS settings, as this helps it go smoother when using 30 fps and 60 fps camera and HDMI capture.

OBS and OBS-Studio does use GPU for rendering most of the scenes.

Intel HD graphics is a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), although this is a very weak integrated GPU.
A weak GPU can easily overload GPU and drop frames with too many sources, especially with 2 or more scene sources at 1080p base resolution.

I also have intel i7-2600 with weak intel integrated graphics and can see this limitation. 1080i yadif deinterlace is too slow on this weak GPU. My outdated Avermedia can only do 1080i or 720p but cannot do 1080p.

Yeah, the log may show 48 fps, but it is just one log of many as an example of my system... as i said i tried many different configurations and even the smallest (720p30fps 2500&5000 bits) with only elgato capture on 720p do not work without lags...
but yeah, the only changed point responsible for this is the removed GTX, so i will buy a litte one for the streaming-pc
