Unexpected behavior of OBS Studio 26.1.1 64bit

For scenes, I have all time only one scene.

Under "Sources" I have had at first only "Display Capture".
Then I recorded it.
It records the picture and sound of the complete computer.

Then I added a "Browser" in "Sources".
And I recorded it.
Now as picture I see the display with the browser part in the corner. And the mixed sound of the display and the browser is recorded.

Then I removed "Display Capture" from the "Sources". So there is only the "Browser". And the browser I maximized to full screen.
In the OBS Studio browser I recorded one stream. On the same time, I looked on my Desktop in an different browser, an other stream.
So as picture I saw the one stream, but recording the picture of the other stream.
As I recorded it, I heard the sound of both streams, because I don't know, how to mute the sound of OBS Studio, without muting the sound of the recording. But that is not the problem, because I have concentrated only on my current stream on the desktop.
But later I wanted to see the recorded stream and was (negativly) surprised. As I said, the picture was only the piture of the browser in OBS Studio. But the sound was also a mix of the sound of both streams! I have removed "Display Capture" from the sources, but the display sound is still used. WTF???

For me, it is a VERY unexpected behavior of OBS Studio.

Audio is not linked to Captures.
Windows handles audio on a per-device basis, not per-process/program. ANYTHING playing back on the captured audio device will be captured by OBS.
This is 100% expected behavior.

If you want to exclude audio from your recordings, you will need to use third-party software like Voicemeeter or VAC. Google for 'how to exclude audio in OBS' and there should be a ton of walkthroughs. We cannot provide support for third-party software here though.
