good morning all, I have been researching resolutions and have yet to find a solution that matches my needs. Sorry if a thread already existed!
I only want gameplay to cover part the screen and I am Worried about the effect downscaling the whole scene would have on a section that is only 720p to begin with.
How can I maximise the quality of the gameplay, ensuring it runs in 16:9
I was thinking about my OBS scene being 1080p, the gameplay section 720 and scaled appropriately. If I was to scale this down on broadcast the gameplay would be well below 720. Has anyone done anything similar and got any advice full stop?
It may well be that if I downscale the whole scene to 720 then the quality is still fine because it's all relative?
