Question / Help Understanding how Voicemeeter works/audio seperation

I am sorry if this is a question that is asked a lot. I would like to be able to separate audio from an app like discord so that people cannot hear the conversation. I would also like to play something else like music from another app but not have it play through my headset but will play in the stream (when I am playing games where I need to hear audio queues but don't want dead air).

I downloaded Voicemeeter as that seems to be what people recommend but I need help understanding something. For A1 I will choose my headset. I then make Voicemeeter Input my default Audio Device in Windows. Then I open up a game and I can see it is working fine. I told OBS to only listen for Voicemeeter Input. Then I set discord to only play through Voicemeeter Aux Input. I tested it and it works, viewers can't hear the discord chat.

I am not sure how to do the third thing. Getting audio to play through the stream but not my headset. Is it possible for Voicemeeter to have a third device? I was considering having it play through speakers and just turn the physical volume off the speakers down. Then in OBS add the speaker to the stream.
