Unacceptable video recording quality on zoom screen share

I'm using OBS to record one online zoom class on my windows laptop.
When the teacher is sharing his screen on zoom, OBS recording is fine/clear.
But, when i screen share on zoom, OBS recording is unacceptable (can't read any text).

How can i fix it?
