Question / Help Unable To Use GPU Streaming Method after Windows Update

Hello all, I've been streaming using an AMD Radeon M290X 4GB card for two years and change now. After a mystery update I came in and saw my laptop administer to itself yesterday, I am completely unable to use the AMD encoder despite my video driver being registered as both installed and up to date. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? My system is too CPU anemic to run a quality stream using x264 options at this time and I would appreciate being able to troubleshoot this issue sooner rather than later.

Here is the issue that comes up upon hitting "Start Streaming":

And here is the configuration of my encoder:

I am also including the log from this usage of the program and the last use of the program where GPU based streaming worked. Thank you for your time in reading this.

Your radeon is no longer compatible with AMF if the encoder selection used to work. Time to switch encoders

Wow.

Is there no way to restore the functionality? I was literally streaming with this up until as soon as this past Wednesday.
