Bug Report Unable to stream

I just recently updated to the 17.0.2 about an hour ago and decided to stream just now. For some reason when I hit the "Start Streaming" button, it won't begin the stream at all. It doesn't give me any kind of error message so I have no idea what's going on.

You may need to do a clean reinstall of your nvidia drivers, however you should really be using x264 to stream instead of nvenc.

I'm having the same issue, but I'm not switching away from NVENC. Is there a solution to the problem?
