When I was able to stream I was getting a little bit of a black screen for about a second or two while streaming. I saw the thread of the laptop issue however I am on a brand new desktop. Then OBS was having issues recognizing my camera and I would have to restart OBS a few times before it worked. NOW, When I try and stream or record this pops up...
