hi i generally try to stream games at 60 fps and for awhile I was able to, however since yesterday i cannot stream a specific game (brawlhalla) at 60 frames anymore (the game kind of hangs at around 30 when recording/streaming)
I am unsure if it is a problem with OBS or not, so i am hoping that if it is I can find a solution here.
I have attached log files to this thread. 2020/01/21 was the latest stream that did not have frame issues.
2020/01/22 did have frame issues.
