Issue: Was always able to stream Fallout 4 on Twitch just fine, but now it looks terrible on stream, like it's 2 frames per second or something (although looks fine on my screen). It just looks like that in OBS. And once I launch the game, the camera stars lagging as well! (Camera sometimes starts lagging with other games, which is fixed by removing it from the scene and adding again)
My upload is 12, computer strong enough to play Fallout 4 on ultra (used to stream it on high)...Send help!
Had bitrate on 2500, tried changing to higher and lower, didn't help! Tried changing quality and resolution, didn't help!
