Unable to start Video Output?

Hey there! Just upgraded my GPU from a 1050ti to a Radeon 5600 XT and when I start my stream I get an error stating I am unable to start Video Output. Here is the log : https://obsproject.com/logs/XSYCngdpmbwXnE90

I uninstalled all NVENC and have AMD encoder selected in the settings and am still getting the error

How do I know I have removed all of the NVENC encoders? When I click on the drop down I only see x264 and H264/AVC Encoder.

Switch to x264 and try, then switch back. There is probably a bad setting trying to reference the old encoder which doesn't exist. Though you may wish to continue using x264 as the AMD encoder is quite bad.
