Had the internet cut out while I was streaming. Decide to hit "Stop Streaming" as the auto reconnect timer started to get really long, so I figured I'd just start it again once the internet came back up. However, once that happened it wouldn't let me start again. Clicking "Start Streaming" prompted me with the "Do you want to stop streaming" dialog (as I've got that option enabled) so I guess it was unable to properly stop?
I had to close and reopen to be able to start streaming again.
