Question / Help Unable to Start recording/streaming with NVENC Encoders

So I just started with a new fresh pc with a gtx 980 and up to date drivers and noticed that I was unable to start up my recording I knew I had up to date drivers and Checked logs so see what the problem was... Apparently I have a generic error in external library Any fix?

Use DDU and reinstall

I had a clean install of the drivers and im still getting the same problem

Don't change settings when you don't know what they do. Set GPU setting back to 0.

I guess it was meant to be rude since theres a certain reason for a couple of the default settings. But dont get it wrong they are all freelancer and try to help a lot of people. :)
