So I apologize for asking these really dumb questions. I've read the FAQ beforehand a couple of times but still can't seem to wrap my head around my recording issues. I'm trying to record gameplay of the new Avenger's game. My computer can run it (not at the absolute best settings but it's certainly not at the lowest either.) but I can't wrap my head around why it might be stuttering and freezing. AFAIK, I have enough CPU for it to run properly and have it in the most optimal settings for it to not overload the encoder by changing the format, the output resolution, limiting the FPS counter on OBS, etc.
