Question / Help Unable to Simultaneously start stream and recording without crash.

I never used to have this issue. But here we go. I have tried to resolve the issue where if I start the recording and the stream simultaneously it will not stream and in fact crash OBS MP. I have had intermittent success with streaming first and allowing the stream to appear on Twitch then recording, however this does not always work so I can't rely on my stream not crashing in the middle of the game. individually I seem to have success. I would like a higher quality recording than stream so I have 8000 bit rate at 1080p when I noticed the crash I then attempted to match the stream and recording and the issue still persisted.

No I keep trying to update through MP and when I go to the website it downloads 0.12.3

Okay so I just tried it again and same issue.

recording and streaming set to use the same encoders or different encoders?

They are the same x264 Encoders

But on a side note I love how 13 looks with the scene change options.
