Question / Help Unable to show power point files on window capture

Hi guys,

I'm trying to present powerpoint on FB live. I've tried to add on my power point slides onto window capture but it just doesn't show the option of power point at the window bar. Can anyone advise please?

Check that you've enabled the option "show windows with empty names"

If powerpoint still doesn't show up, use a desktop capture cropped to a window and choose the powerpoint window.

Hi,

I think I've just solved the problem with the window capture which doesn't show power point window. I operates with Catalina 10.15.4.

I changed the displays setting (look in Mac system preferences) to 1280x720, and Microsoft Power Point suddenly showed up in the drop down list. Good luck!
