Had Been following in youtube on "how to set lower third" in OBS closely. I'm sure I didn't miss out on all the steps. Managed to install the control panel but when it comes to setting the browser. However still unable to make Lower Third showing up. I noticed the window for me to set the URL, the OBS logo didn't show up. Is there a problem with my computer settings. Currently i'm using window 10.
