Unable to set AV1 encoder for streaming

Fresh install of Ubuntu 23.10.
Freshly purchased 7800XT just to leverage the AV1 encoder for streaming. (Hope you can help. )
Running OBS 29.1.3.1-2 installed via `apt-get`.

I have the following options in the Output -> Streaming tab:

as opposed to the following options in the Options -> Recording tab:

No AV1 hardware encoder on 29.1.3. Maybe in v30, but I'm not what exactly will be supported in that one.

Also, AV1 streaming is only supported on youtube.

Aaaah, I see. Should have read up more carefully on what exactly was added in OBS 29.
