Unable to select more than 720p on Capture Device

Hi all, I am not able to select more than 720p 30fps on my capture device, It wont let me do it, If I try on a Windows it will work perfectly but I have a mac so any ideas on how to fix this? My output on the ps5 is working fine I have 4k 60fps and it will go 120hz when playing warzone, just OBS is not working.

I have the EVGA XR1 PRO

Any help will be appreciate, my stream seems laggy cause its only at 30fps while I am playing at 60 or 120.

Please close thread, the issue was with the Type C cable I was using, changed to another cable and it worked.
