Bug Report Unable to resize VLC Video Source 0r Media Source

I'm running OBS Studio 18.0.1 on Win7. When I add either a VLC Video Source or Media Source I do not see any of the handles appear in the preview pane. If I transition the preview to live the video plays fine. I need to be able to move and resize the video as needed.

Anyone else experience this? Am I missing something?
