Unable to resize video capture device window

I have one scene that my PTZ Optics camera is not longer showing up...after freezing. When I try to rebuild the scene, the video capture devise is seen in the upper left corner of the preview screen (see red square below), but I am unable to resize the video screen like I can in every other scene. Can anyone help?

Try "Edit-Transform-Reset Transform" then make sure your have the camera running, you should then be able to resize the "box".
