Question / Help Unable to resize anything and very laggy

My first issue is that I am unable to resize anything whether it be an image, window, or display capture. Usually I can click on the source and make the source bigger or smaller but when I click on it nothing happens.

My second issue is that when I add a window source it becomes extremely laggy and glitchy and looks like it skips frames(?). This doesn't happen when I use the display capture but it isn't as convenient for me.

I use a: Macbook pro 2017, 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5, 8GB memory, Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 MB, version 10.14.5

Window sources on MacOS are non-performant.

When you right-click a source, does "Transform" appear as an option in the drop down menu?

No, usually you just click the source and move the red resizing handles. If the source is so much larger than your canvas resolution that the handles appear outside the window, you may need to use the transform menu to resize it to the screen before you can access the handles to resize.
