Question / Help Unable to record The Division

Whenever I try to use game capture with Tom Clancy's The Division OBS always causes the game to crash when obs hooks onto the game. I am using the newest version of OBS. all other forums I have read on this problem are from a year ago and says to delete the Win capture folder. I tried to do this but it still wont work any help at all is much appreciated. thanks
