I have downloaded OBS however have not been able to record my screen as the first step to start using this software. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or my software is missing a required extension or is simply incompatible with my system. I have recorded a screencast of me attempting to allow screen recording to happen on my Mac which you can find a link to below - and I apologise in advance for the extended time:
In respect to the forum user's time - the short version of the video is that I have attempted Window Capture and Display Capture with no luck. As far as Window Capture goes it only allows me to record the actual OBS window and not any other windows.
