Unable to perform seeking in M4A files

I discovered that seeking within M4A files is not possible. This is how to reproduce:

• Create a scene and add a media source which contains the M4A file
• Click "Restart Media" button (circle arrow)
• Click "Pause Media"
• Click somewhere on the bar to set play position
• Click "Play Media"

Instead of starting to play at the desired position, media is restarted and plays from the beginning. MP3s work fine. I was wondering if this is a known issue. I couldn't find any thing here in the forum.
