Unable to load images

I'm trying to use content: url(<some image>) to get images into OBS. I get the following error my log. This is with any image I try to bring in.

Error: Refused to load the image 'https://www.worldanvil.com/i/5425408' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "img-src 'self' blob: data: https://*.discordapp.net https://*.discordapp.com https://*.discord.com https://i.scdn.co https://i.ytimg.com https://i.imgur.com https://media.tenor.co https://media.tenor.com https://c.tenor.com https://*.youtube.com https://*.giphy.com https://static-cdn.jtvnw.net https://pbs.twimg.com".

I'm also okay with using local files too, if someone can show me how to do that.

All issues seem to have violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "img-src 'self and I'm not sure how to go about resolving this issue.
