Unable to install OBS Studio 17 on Win10 x64

Installer is trying to open:
C:\Program Files (x86)\obs-studio\data\obs-plugins\win-capture\graphics-hook32.dll

The items marked in red don't exist as can be seen in my screenshot.
Ran a search for "graphics-hooks32.dll" and it doesn't seem to exist anywhere on my computer.

Clicking "Cancel" on the red-x dialogue just dismisses it and the installer stays paused.
I completely canceled and tried re-installing without any plugins at all and got the same error.

Any ideas?

Game capture uses a hook DLL to capture games, which it injects in to game processes in order to do so. All the error means is that the DLL is currently active within a process. To fix, you need to close the game/process it's injected in to, or simply restart your computer if it's unintentionally hooked in something else (which has been known to happen, I've increased the blacklist in 17.0 for things it shouldn't inject in to).

I'm currently playing Tabletopia, so I'll check it out as soon as I'm done. I SUPER appreciate the fast response, Jim.
