Unable to get OBS Studio to recognize my new HDMI Video Card

Recently, I bought a new video capture card to record ancient Family Video VCR's & DVD's and create individual MP4 files so I can copy them to thumb drives & distribute them to my family & in-laws.

OBS Studio 29.0.0 (64 Bit)

Video Capture Card:
HDMI Video Capture Card TA1804 Model Z29.
HD/F to USB/M Video Capture Card
4K HD 11080P USB

The Capture Card USB output is plugged into a USB2.0 port in my PC.
The Capture Card HDMI input is plugged into the HDMI output of my Blu Ray DVD player output through an HDMI male to male cable.
I put the unprotected DVD into the player and press the play button (The Video plays OK on any TV set).

MY PC:
Windows 10 ACPI x64 bit latest version with an Intel Core i5-3570 CPU @ 3.40GHz

If click on Start - Settings - Control Panel - Device Manager
Audio inputs and outputs: Digital Audio Interface (USB Digital Audio) "This device is working properly".
Cameras: USB Video "This device is working properly".
Sound, video and game controllers: USB Digital Audio "This device is working properly".

If I click on Start - Devices and Printers
Displayed is a "USB Video" Device Icon
Hardware Tab Information:
Digital Audio Interface (USB Digital Audio)
HID-compliant vendor-defined device
USB Composite Device
USB Digital Audio
USB Input Device
USB Video Camera

I've been screwing with this for several days and have tried multiple connections/cables/ports etc. I am at a loss to get this puppy to be recognized buy OBS Studio at all. Any help you could give me would be much, much appreciated.......

Thanks
Ron

Probably the HDCP of the DVD Player interfering. On PS5 for example I have to disable HDCP for capturing and also set some setting I don't remember right now to -2. If I want to use my PS5 to watch Blu Rays or DVDs than I have to activate HDCP again, else I wouldn't get a signal. Capturing DVDs was not possible.

It's possible the drivers provided are only 32 bit so will not show in a 64 bit program like OBS.
