Bug Report Unable to get CaptureScreen

Hi, i 've downloaded OBS , but i can't get the capture screen. Is it due to the fact i can't also install plugins with Intel RealSense?
My Laptop is a Dell. I've not reinstalled windows 10 with Dell OS recovery tool but with windows 10 ISO (microsoft website:media creation tools.)
Which version of windows 10 do i need for IntelRealSense to avoid license issues?
